Astrology Collage - CANCER

This collage encompasses the soft, sensitive rawness of cancer babies. My collages are always created using a range of recycled paper, old magazines and second hand book images. After picking out images that intrigue me, it's so special to create an overall atmosphere of pieces that would otherwise go to waste.
 
As a cancerian myself, this collage has elements of the rough and squishy emotional turbulance that comes with being a cancer. Gooey, yet fierce, nurturing yet univiting; a relationship of light and dark that comes with the territory.
